Company is not truthful
I used platinum party bus in Cleveland Ohio. Upon paying a deposit for the date I needed the company assured me they would be able to accommodate me to the locations chosen for my birthday. A couple days prior the company called and said they would not be able to accomodate me to 1 of my locations because a fight took place at this location recently. I informed them that the location is reserved for my party only and their is security that has been hired for the night of my birthday party to ensure safety. The company was rude & unaccomdating. I tried to compromise with the company and make suggestions. They were not willing to try and be fair to accompany my party. I had to cancel the party bus and the company offered me a full refund. This has been a year ago still no refund. When I call and question about my refund no one is able to speak at the moment. I hope this company adopt better business habits and be fair with all customers.
