These guys don't even answer the support mails. Quality is laughable, choose another manufacturer if you don't want to get scammed. Warranty is just a word in this company, they never follow through. This situation is same for retailers, that's why they sell through their own website and their own franchises such as "indoordiscount.com" and "cultureindoor.com". Do yourself a favor and choose a serious brand instead. Like I said, they never answer after sales contacts, only pre-sale...
