Don't know why you changed your web…

Don't know why you changed your web site, but it is much harder to use. I tried to copy my payment to a pdf and then the screen went backwards in the screens and I wasn't sure if I had paid twice and found the whole experience quite disturbing. You should have a button that could be pushed to generate a paid receipt

The fees are absurdly more expensive…

The fees are absurdly more expensive than any other online payment platform. The platform would be great if it wasn't for that.

I think it's a much needed service

I think it's a much needed service. I was even happier when they actually assigned a human being to me with a phone number. That was my only concern early on. But, overall I have found their site and service to be really great!

works well with VISA, support isn't great...

Plastiq rejected my payment request using an AMEX card. They replied in email saying that AMEX is only able to support a specific type of payment but didn't provide any additional information when I asked for guidance.

Their publicly available info on types of payments that can be made is a bit vague and on my first and most recent payment, I didn't feel particularly warm and fuzzy from my interaction with the support rep who didn't answer my question.

When I made my second payment with a VISA card, it worked great so going off that transaction, it would be 5 stars since it was easy and there was "pizza tracker" info about my payment. One bit of feedback I have over mailed check payments would be to provide tracking number through USPS or at least the option for the customer to pay for that. I'm already paying 2.85%, so what's an extra $1 for tracking?

Overall my CSAT would be about 2/5, customer effort is 0/5 and my NPS probably like a 15-20. I'd try it again but would definitely churn to a competitor if there is one and would dread interacting with their support team.

Fees are ridiculous for what is offered

Fees are ridiculous, only made worse by the 3-4 day wait period for the charge to be paid.

So easy!

So easy! I belong to an organization that requires dues be paid by a certain date. When using Plastique I know I can always trust my money will arrive on, if not before the due date.
