Read all the comments and look else where. The company is terrible at customer service and you will be waiting and contacting them continuously when the item doesn't turn up as planned..

Ordered a perspex sheet to repair a caravan window, product excellent, customer services very helpful but company unfortunately let down by dx delivery co. who seem to find it impossible to deliver the order.
In the end had to make a 90 mile roundtrip to collect it myself from DX depot.
Had postage refunded by plastic sheets for the inconvenience.

After initial delivery delays the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Wish I could give zero stars, order not received I was told it was damaged in transit after I called to find out where it was as it was pat the delivery date.I was them told they would have to remake it the following week.I told them it would be too late for the job and to cancel the order for a refund. I was told they cant do this as it was a custom job and they would have to remake it even though it was no longer wanted. Was told a manager would call but I have not heard anything, sent a email cancelling the order before it was remade only to get a reply that they have too make it. I have contact my credit card company and started a dispute explaining the terrible serivce from this company. Once they have your money you are theirs. Dont use them there are plenty of better companies providing a much better service

We ordered some perspex shelves for living room alcove after struggling to find any to fit. They are absolutely perfect, the quality and finish is top notch and they even arrived earlier than anticipated.

Smooth website, plenty of options with desired finish & cut

Ordering and paying online was very easy. The site has lots of information to help you choose the correct product. Delivery was fairly quick. The 3mm clear Perspex was covered both sides with a blue film and there seemed to be some scratches but when film removed it revealed a perfect finish. I used this as test for “secondary” glazing and it makes a big difference. If you hold your hand on the glass panels and then touch the plastic, you can feel the warmth. The cling film shrink with hair dryer option is very much cheaper and fiddly to fit and get looking right. It can only be used once. The Perspex can be reused many times so this offers very good value for money.

The perspex sheet l ordered fit perfectly into the photo frame l had made . The perspex was good quality and excellent value for money Overall, including delivery, l was very pleased with my purchase.

Sent sizes and got a very quick quote the following day. Very competitive price and carriage was reasonable. Communication was great and constant update on order. I would recommend to anyone and would use again.

Ordered 3 cut to size perspex sheets. Paid £20, for express service. When it finally arrived, it was well packed, but
only 2 out of the 3 perspex sheets arrived. It took 5 days ??, some express service, not !!
As that was late Friday, the company had already closed...and not contactable over weekend.
I rang 9am Monday morning, the lady I spoke with seemed quite helpful, but when I asked for Refund of the express postage, no answer.
Well you would have thought that after that the missing perspex would be dispatched ASAP......no again, arrived late Friday, and no refund for express post !! No reply, when I contacted them to chase it up.
Fed up with this, i contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, asking for the postage part of my order to be reimbursed, which luckily it was next day.
First experience, and last with this very unprofessional company !!!

My sheet turned up a day early.
It was well wrapped.
The sheet had to be cut to shape and stood up well to my jigsaw using a fine blade.
Really pleased with the outcome.

I ordered the frosted range and was not dissapointed, its durable and it was just what I needed for my backsplash

Needed a piece of black perspex to cover a gap underneath my black glass cooker. Website was very easy to use. Item was a very reasonable price and was despatched promptly. Perspex is good quality and it perfect for our needs.

Fast turn around on the plastic disks i needed to top terrariums. Much faster than others and great value.

I ordered a couple of simple Perspex sheets. It not only arrived 2 days later than the promised express delivery date I paid extra for, but also the product arrived damaged. There are large scratches on the sheets one of which is unmissable, like at least couple of inches in length, almost quarter of the "polished edges" are burnt and CHIPPED! Unbelievably low quality product, unbelievably poor service and expensive as hell. No quality control whatsoever or probably they just don't care. I If you ask me, don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Easy to find and order what I wanted, fast delivery and a great product, not only that but a great price also. This is the 3rd time I've bought from them and always been exactly what I wanted. Iwill definitely buy from them again.
