Just to clear the air a bit, we actually tried pretty hard to help out. You reached out several times, and each time we gave full answers, pointed you to where everything is clearly explained on our website so you’d know exactly what you’re buying before making a decision. And as you saw in the end, you did go ahead and purchase the card, it worked, and it connected to your phone wallet just fine.
We do our best to offer top-notch support, but with so many users reaching out at the same time, we sometimes have to keep things short and to the point. That’s why we aim to give clear answers fast and move things along efficiently. Still, we gave you VIP-level help to make sure everything was sorted.

Great but not perfect of course. I think that the ¨Plasbit team do the best that they can do due to the regulations and I thanks them for it. My virtual card works in most of real shops with contactless payment ( when added to my Google pay or Samsung wallet ) but unfortunatly, I was not abble to use in on any online store, such as Amzon, Aliexpress, and all those that I tried . So good for small dayli use. Thatès not a big things actually, because if you use an anonymous virtual card to purchase goods online and expect to receive it at your real registerd address or to put your real name on the order ( what will pass true the customs with all those informations attached ) that's completly stupid. It will become easier and easier everyday for governments ans instutions to buils AI tracking tool who will find your traces between all those transactions.

It’s important to clarify a few critical details that you conveniently forgot to mention in your review. Starting from the fact that you are a Russian citizen, and as per the sanctions and our compliance with regulations set by the Polish Ministry of Finance, we cannot serve Russian residents or citizens.

When ordering the card, you knowingly provided false information by listing your country as Poland instead of Russia, fully aware that Russia is a sanctioned country. You hoped this deception would allow you to bypass our restrictions, and now you’re blaming us for your own dishonesty.
Despite this, you could have simply reached out to our customer support team to request a refund. While your actions disqualify you from our services based on our terms and conditions, we would still have issued a refund because we prioritize resolving customer concerns. Instead, you chose to write a misleading review, falsely implying that the card doesn’t work, causing unnecessary confusion for other users.
It’s disappointing to see users misusing platforms like this to harm legitimate businesses. Your review is not only unfair but completely misrepresents the situation. Writing damaging reviews from behind a keyboard without taking responsibility for your actions is not only irresponsible but harmful.
We encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can process your refund, even though you do not meet the eligibility criteria. We don’t care about keeping the money or card.
Please consider the implications of your actions and the potential harm they cause to businesses that operate honestly and with integrity.

You are a Russian or In Russia, and it’s blatantly evident. Not only did you write your name in Cyrillic, Your use of a Russian email address only adds to the evidence but your IP address, despite being partially masked by a VPN originates from Russia. To make matters worse, Trustpilot itself indicates your location as Russia on your profile, which only further proves what we already know.
Given these facts, your claim that you are not a Russian citizen is not only dishonest but absurd. Attempting to deceive us and violate sanctions while blaming us for the consequences of your actions is outrageous.
We have been more than fair by offering you a refund, even though your actions disqualify you from using our services. If you have any remaining decency, we urge you to accept this resolution and move on.
Instead of misusing this platform to make baseless accusations, consider the harm you are causing to legitimate businesses like ours that comply with global regulations and strive to provide exceptional service.
