I'm in love with some of the games plarium has put out there! Raid Shadow Legends is my absolute favorite, I have to agree with some of the other reviews though. Most of the "specials" they run are just money grabs. Super high prices for in game content.

Submitted a ticket for customer service and 1 week later still no response after it was forwarded to customer service level 2. Lots of money involved and at this point I feel they are acting in bad faith.

absolute scum of a company...all they are interested in is cash.....do not care about customers and their support service is useless.....my game wouldn't work for 9 days and support was awful .

Nothing positive to say about this company - Pay more to win. Nothing about games - Just pay to win.

I have to start with the positive. I am playing Raid shadow legends and the graphics and the game concept is great. However, now to all the negative justifying this poor rating.

1. The resources are scares for a person that wants to play for the fun of playing and not spend on such a game. If I were to spend, I'd expect to spend about 60 to 70 bucks for a full fleshed game. Here, in this game this amount of money would get you nowhere. They are adding new things to the game but immediately put the core items for this new feature on their marketplace. If you'd go with the normal F2P route to collect items to get a suitable outcome, you'd have to play that game for more than 2 years for ONE piece of interest! Math was done by calculation on spreadsheet on one of the content creators websites. One word resumes it all; Paywalls. Wherever you go.
2. Their support team is one of the most incompetent support team I have had to deal with. They love sending you macro content and templated responses, but as soon as there is a little more to it, they go silent. Issues of course are never resolved.
3. They have a poor way of implementing new rollouts. There seems to be no testing involved when it comes to major releases. They have a test server for content creators to go do some test on, but they have an NDA on what is being rolled out until a couple of days before the roll out. Furthermore, the test server is only available to those CC less than a week prior to the rollout. This means that they are utilizing these servers for marketing purposes more than actual testing.
4. Plarium has several platforms, iOS, Google play and their computer platform called plarium play... that last one is the worst of all. You'd expect a mobile adapted game for computer to be fairly light and run smoothly on a gaming computer.... well think again, have you opened a google session and had 40 to 50 windows open and look at your cpu and memory usage? It's high isn't it? Well, double that and add some more to have a representation of what plarium play consumes!! I have 4k online games needing less memory resources than that on the same computer.
All in one, the one deserved star is for their design, the rest... not so great

I wish I could give a negative review. If you do not want to spend money and expect to get your money's worth and get your money back when stuff goes wrong (and it will) then do not play this game.

Horrible customer support. Takes about 10 days just to receive the first response which usually gives some generic useless answers and after you reply back it takes another 10 days at least to get another useless reply. They never solve anything. A horrible practice and fishy game shop mechanics. Avoid it.

Really bad and greedy company. Bad service. They have no idea how to run a company and don't care to improve themselves.. Also paying for positive reviews on places like appstore.

The customer service is made out of bots.

Worst company who is disrespectful to player and complains any sort of is decline every time. game is pure gambling system to hook players. is predatory game with say if f2play but in reality with out spend money you cant progress. 50% core game is broken and plarium dont intend fix as they loose playing time. keep your self away from this game studio and your kids.

Dev's who don't know how to run a game, you spend a tonne of money for Plarium to $h¡t over you with useless skins for mechs you don't have, & that's sadly the only way to play this, by paying a lot of money for nothing

I didn’t really enjoy the game and they refused to give any refund for some money I spent in the game. So apparently their refund policy doesn’t mean anything.

They double checked and found the roblem,
I got my refund they got to delete the stuff wrongfully added and they apologized for not noticing at first.

open 2 sacred shards and 30 euros code promo with gamivo, but i dont recieve this code
I spent 10 days on a monotonous game and achieved it, but I didn't get any code
I contacted plarium but didn't send the code because it was gamivo's responsibility
gamivo did not send the code as plarium's responsibility
Everyone be careful not to waste time
but If you send the code as promised, it will be 5 stars :)

They carried out a task to obtain 2 sacred fragments in a certain time and in exchange for it we would have a code of 30 euros, I did the task and they never gave me the code... several emails sent and they only told me that I had not been selected as a winner when never They specified that it was a raffle, they are scammers.

They did an easy 5€ giveaway in partnership with Gamivo first in which most received the prize. That baited a lot of people to enter the following 30€ giveaway, nearly 100x more difficult than the other one (more than a week of playing Raid Shadow Legends) for nothing. If you check the reddit post at r/FreeGameFindings you'll see that most of us never received our prize. At least, as someone said, we learned to stay really far away from Plarium and Gamivo.

EDIT: Gamivo sent me an email with the code. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because it was Gamivo who solved my issue, not Plarium.

Never received my coupon and supports said they can't help me, because not they are running that promo but when asked at Gamivo, they said, Plarium doing promo itself. Both company is stinks, never trust them ever.

There is not customer support. They will not responded.

Plarium Games (publisher of RAID: Shadow Legends) and Gamivo.com made the promo of open 2 sacred shards to get a discount of 30 euros. I got the achievement in a timely manner but the mail never come.I wasted a lot of time to get this achievement and got no reward.
