The service with Dan and Richard was very sleek and professional and the two fitters that came to the house to fit my new kitchen work top, Kieran and Bogdan were also friendly, professional and fitted my worktop to perfection. Steve and his team are truly incredible - one of a kind in the entire UK. Nobody else in the UK I have worked with has been able to deliver the precision, detail, beauty and results Planet Granite delivers. We were looking for some granite for an outside kitchen. In contacting Planet Granite they advised us on which thickness of granite would be best and sent out samples very quickly. They came out and measured up and gave us a quote and explained how it would all be cut and fitted. Once we arranged a suitable date they came and fitted the tops even though it was an extremely cold day. We are very pleased with the tops they look great. The company was professional and always easy to get hold of. Would definitely recommended them

I would just like to thank Steve and his team - Dan, frosty and Kieran (there were more but I can’t remember names) for making my kitchen look like something that belongs in a show room.
My experience with Planet Granite was 5 star from start to finish, from finding me the perfect material for my kitchen, to communication and fitting. I couldn’t fault this company and would highly recommend to use them as their work is truly at the highest standard.
My house isn’t probably as big as some of the other clients they may work with but Planet Grainte didn’t make me feel any less important like other companies I’ve previously dealt with during my search. Planet Granite is a first-class company. After obtaining an estimate online, initial contact with Russ by phone indicated that a saving of £800 was possible by switching to a comparable brand of quartz worktop. A warm welcome was extended to see various compositions available at the shop. The owner facilitated our visit enabling the selection of an exquisite kitchen worktop at an exceptionally good price. At no point was pressure felt but rather a helpful relaxed atmosphere characterised the experience. As promised Dan contacted us to schedule the templating at our home keeping us updated on the day. His manner combines professionalism in a friendly tone explaining the process and fitting service. As arranged by Russ the installation proceeded efficiently including the sink positioning. The three large worktops with matching upstands and backsplash look amazing. The fit is perfect; joints are virtually invisible. Thanks to Planet Granite our kitchen is transformed. The company is outstanding. A special thank you to Russ for saving us a substantial amount of money, ensuring all components were sourced and overseeing all aspects to a produce a stunning kitchen.

Dropped into planet granite on the advice of our knowledgeable builder. From the minute we stepped in Russ could not do enough to help. No pressure, just decent advice and took us to the other factory to show us samples. Absolutely obliterated any other choices for a worktop for our kitchen. Price was spot on, granite top fitting was exemplary and professional, and absolutely superceded any other options. The comments we have had from visitors since has just compacted our already ridiculously high opinion of planet granite. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Daniel was helpful pre quote, providing indicative figures and information about materials, designs and also provided samples. Even arranging for the samples to be hand delivered when they were ‘lost in the post’. The measured survey went well. Installation good and the finished product is absolutely amazing. Excellent experience from initial call and design ideas to the final fitting. I had a very large island to complete, the team worked so well despite logistical difficulties getting the slab into the house safely. As for the finish on the job, it was second to none. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

tops from planet Granite my island has a waterfall effect which is amazing the quartz has made the kitchen a dream i would like to thank Dan and his team for their helpfulness i would highly recommend this company they even invited me to the factory to see how everything is cut and polished overall a fantastic experience

From start to finish staff very helpful. Quality of service is excellent. The range of colours and patterns available is vast. Had the chance to go to the factory which was fantastic to see, plus you get to see the large slabs which helps you choose the granite you want.
Payment easy. Nothing was to much trouble.
Even cleaned the island worktop they had fitted before leaving. No messing about, just good service.

The go to place for Granite, Quartz and Marble in the midlands. Steve and the team have done 3 jobs for us now in this property including todays amazing vertical whole wall and window sill, sides and headers install to match our counter tops.
Proper precision engineering in the measure and cut and transfers the same eye for detail into the service!
How companies should be!

great team, from start to finish in terms of choosing the right worktop of our kitchen (steve), the thinkness, templating (vince) and Dan helping along the way and fitting team, all have been great. we had few delays, but the team were very helpful and kept us updated. they after sales has been good as well. would use again and recommend.

Very good service from start to finish. We knew which quartz worktop we wanted. Spoke to Russ he organised the ordering process and once the units were fitted he arranged their templating specialist (who was brilliant) to come out. 2 wks later the fitters came fitted out beautiful worktops perfectly. Worktops have been in now 6wks and we love them. Very good service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great service very helpful

If you need new worktops, this is the place to go!! From my first interaction with Steve, he was friendly, helpful and very informative. I did not have much knowledge on granite worktops, however both Steve and Dan provided me with all the knowledge I needed to make a final decision as to what would go well with my kitchen. I was also given a tour of the showroom and shown all the gorgeous designs.
The entire process was smooth and stress free and since it's been installed, every single person who has walked into my kitchen, the first comment is always about the Granite. It's definitely worth every penny.
