A very positive experience. The staff were extremely helpful making recommendations and using their knowledge to help me to achieve my vision for my new kitchen. There is a very wide range to choose from and the team helped me to make my final choice based on all my requirements, colour, use, budget etc

I returned to them some months later for another small project. Again they could not be more patient and helpful, especially when I had a sleepless night the day before delivery realising I had given the wrong measurement! I am very grateful to them all for their professionalism and guidance.

f you’re after a supplier and quartz worktop fitting company who actually make the whole process of selecting, organising dates and planning feel easy, Planet Granite is the way to go. Steve and the team were brilliant from start to finish.

First off, their punctuality is on point—they showed up exactly when they said they would. No waiting around, no guessing - refreshingly reliable. Communication was just as good. Steve kept everything clear, simple, and hassle-free, with quick updates whenever we needed them.

The workmanship was spot on. The quartz worktops look amazing, and they left the place cleaner than they found it (I’m still wondering how they pulled that off). Proper attention to detail and zero mess.

Getting hold of Steve and the Planet Granite crew was super easy too—they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely happy to help.

Finally, the price point + quality intersection is fantastic. I really do appreciate all that the guys at Planet Granite did for us on this job.

From the moment we chose our worktops to the final installation, Steve and his team provided constant communication and support.

We went with the Calacatta Borghini for our kitchen worktops and backsplash — it looks absolutely stunning, and the quality is exceptional.

We'll definitely be using Planet Granite for all our future projects (bathrooms are next!) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I wish there was a sixth star to give !! They came to fit the worktops to our kitchen today and I am so happy with the result- it looks beautiful. They fit a beautiful marble worktop to our handless kitchen. Their attention to detail throughout the installation was incredible. But it wasn’t just the installation and the product itself that were phenomenal ! The service throughout the process was truly excellent. The whole team that interacted with us from the customer service team to the templating service to the installers were so kind to us, helpfulI and incredibly knowledgable! I am so so so glad we chose Planet Granite !

I highly recommend these guys. The showroom is fantastic, Ricky the template man is great, and my quartz worktops were fitted today by Dan and his colleague and the finish is exquisite. A great experience from start to finish and great people to deal with. I’m going back again to order some worktops for elsewhere in the house, without hesitation.

I booked an installation for early August, but weeks later, the job remains incomplete. Fitters repeatedly scheduled appointments only to cancel without notice, causing significant disruption. Despite being owed money, the company has refused to return the funds, and the work has not been completed as originally quoted or agreed.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably, but found it incredibly difficult to speak with anyone who demonstrated basic courtesy or professionalism. When I finally reached the owner, Steve, he was dismissive and rude—and ultimately hung up on me.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this complaint through the appropriate channels.

Quality product and workmanship at a reasonable price! Russ on the sales side was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, with a very proactive can do attitude. The surveyor Ricky offered great advice when actioning the layout design, and fitters Sean and Keiran were very efficient and skilled with the final fit.

The man who measured up, Ricky, was efficient and polite, and seemed to know his job. The fitting team—Sean and Kieran—were also very good and polite, and the finished result looked excellent.

From start to finish the service was outstanding. The showroom was excellent, and I even had the chance to visit the factory to view full-size samples. Russell provided fantastic support throughout, and the two fitters who installed the granite did an exceptional job. The job itself was completed to the highest standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would highly recommend this company. A special mention to Steve for the quotation and the price ,also Dan and everyone involved in the factory work—and also to the gentleman who came out to measure the kitchen (I’ve forgotten his name) for doing such a precise and professional job.

We were recommended these from our kitchen fitter, and we were impressed by the work and standard in the show room and on their instagram. Through out the process Dan was very helpful, even taking messages on his day off. He Helped me understand what was needed to prepare and get ready for fitting. What was clear is that they deal with big clients and I certainly wasn’t one of them, but I felt my treatment was exactly the same as if I was having a 100k kitchen. It’s clear that all jobs are treated with the same care and attention to detail. Where the fitters felt something didn’t look right/didn’t look finished, they spent time, offered solutions and ensured it looked amazing, even though I was only a small client. All the staff are great, and it’s a family friendly service. I do not regret using this company and would recommend for all others, no matter the size of your job.

Service from Dan has been fantastic and the two guys who came to fit the granite were top class (Frosty & sorry forgot 🤦‍♂️😂) would thoroughly recommend you use these guys.
