I booked a cruise with Planet Cruise and the Sales person was very helpful and completely understood my requirements a very pleasant experience I will always use the company for all my future cruises

I have not had a reply to my emails which asked for confirmation of booking and a form to confirm Elite status with Celebrity Cruises. It is almost impossible to speak to an agent on the phone as the time spent hanging on is unreasonable. There has been no effort to answer my emails or deal with the query.

Aiden made the whole booking process extremely easy. All questions were answered professionally and in a friendly manner.

We had a bit of trouble booking online so decided to call the office number. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Verity who was very helpful and answered all our queries. She took over our booking which made our life much easier.

Booking process was clear and follow up e mails were helpful.

The online booking process is fairly good but it does need an upgrade to allow requests to be added at the time of booking preventing calls to a busy call centre.
A field to input Defence or Blue light card details for additional OBS would prevent calls or chats to the busy call centre which would save everyone a lot of wasted time!

Third time with planet cruise, will continue to use them.

A grateful thank you to lynn threadkellbrown who phoned me re a pre booking of a cruise before they went on general sale the pre booking did not appear to go though and lynn was going to investigate she then priced matched for me really nice to get personal service after a live web chat greatly appreciate the human touch
