You crossed the price, put the information that there is a 50% discount, and then the new price. But when it is time to pay, the price is old.
And your employees told that I have to install your application in order to have a discount. But there is no disclaimer about it on the price plate. How should an ordinary customer know that the price without application will be the crossed one??? If it is crossed, and there is no disclaimer, it does not apply, no? I do not want to install your application. I just want to receive the correct information about the product.
That's a clear customer mislead. What a scammers.

Never again. Terrible shop selling damaged merchandise and blaming customer for the damage so they don't have to accept the return. I checked items on shelf with the manager found the same damage and he did nothing. The 12v adapter is the wrong one for Belgian vehicles so it will have to be returned. Unfortunately for you the damage will prevent the return. I think it's 100% a scam

On January 2, I bought two doors from Brico Plan It Liege. However, my wife changed her mind, and I had to buy another two doors from a different Brico Plan It. Today, I went back to Liege to return the previous doors. I had not opened the package, and I returned them in the same condition as I received them. Unfortunately, the dealer stated that there was some damage to one of the doors' corners, and he could not accept it. I was deeply disappointed because, as I mentioned earlier, I had not even opened the package. I find this situation unfair and request a refund as a token of customer care.

The website ignores my language settings and opens always in French. It is almost impossible to change te setting on the website due to a screen that is completely full with their cookie requirements (in French). Not working for me so bye bye!
