WARNING!!
Placetel does not take care of their responsibility. They lie and do criminal things.
If you make a ticket they close the ticket without any answer. And if you call they simply hang up without answering my questions and solve the problem.
We have a contract that includes mobile nets. And it doesn't work at the office - home private and in many locations around Germany. It's the same for all our handy´s and no one will do anything. Placetel tells us it is their partner O2 who is responsible for this.
The only answer we getting is lying after lying. and no one by placetel looking for a solution.
