Required maintenance work could be improved. Takes weeks in some instances to repair broken equipment that is a fairly simple fix.

Eclipse centre-Staines.
The teaching pool is still out of use! The aqua classes are being held in the large pool and they are squeezing in 30 participants into 3 lanes of approx 15m sq. it is almost impossible to stretch safely which makes the class a glorified bath!! Please limit the numbers in the class until the teaching pool is repaired.

I recently had an operation which requires me to undertake strengthening exercises. I came via a Medical Centre Referral. Getting up and running on the road to recovery has been made easy by the professionalism of the staff. I feel confident that I will get back to pre-op fitness levels.

Good clean gym with lots of space and machines. Friendly staff. I was worried that the gym would be a bit intimidating but it really wasn't. I never thought I would enjoy going to a gym, but I do at The Triangle

I’ve been a regular gym user at the Felixstowe centre and overall it has good potential, but standards have noticeably slipped.

The building is starting to look tired and could really do with better upkeep. The gym floor is often covered in bits and sand, which isn’t ideal when lifting weights — I’ve had sand fall in my face when picking equipment up. General cleanliness needs improving, particularly in the toilets, which are frequently in a poor state.

I also don’t always find the reception team particularly welcoming or helpful, which affects the overall experience.

It’s a local facility with a lot going for it, but more attention to cleanliness, maintenance and customer service would make a big difference.

It’s a FREE for All in the Spa 😖 the entrance door is constantly out of order allowing anyone free access to the Spa.
There is no policing of this facility. Teenage schoolchildren are using the Spa in their underwear and come and go unchecked. There are times when someone who is a member brings his friends in as a group. He is the only one with a wristband ! People using their mobile phones within the Spa. This is happening quite often and there are no measures in place to stop it.
When I and other members bring these points to the management’s attention things improve for a short time then relapse and it goes back to an unchecked Free for ALL 😖

I always find the reception desk staff friendly and helpful. I enjoy my Aqua class, and feel better and relaxed when I leave the venue after my session. 😊

For me the staff are always helpful

Morning swim 10/02/26, a male staff member was cleaning the pool grates with a brush and dipping the dirty brush into the water. He cleaned around the whole pool in this fashion, often dunking the dirty brush by swimmers heads. This combined with the very loud fire alarm testing and crowded pool did not translate to a relaxing swim.

Thank you to the lovely Reception & Ops staff on shift on Sunday. They were so kind & helpful all day, which was much appreciated. They seemed to be dealing with a lot too! I would absolutely recommend!

I absolutely love the classes and really enjoy them. The instructors Vicky W, Anastasia and Helen are absolutely motivating and supportive.
My only gripe is the studio floor and air conditioning is really poor. The floor is dangerously slippy. This has been going on for weeks. It really is dangerous and needs addressing.

Great leisure centre but its very busy and only 1 person checking people in. Causes long queues at busy times such as weekends and making us late for the start of our sports court times. Otherwise staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are great. Just need more staff on reception.

Staff are always very helpful and friendly and smiley just 1 little issue could do with maybe a few more tables + chairs as not always guaranteed a seat to spectate/view.

No one answers the phone. Yoga classes have to be booked days in advance, as soon as the booking is opened.

Am always greeted with a smile & any queries I sometimes have always gets answered swiftly.

I have been a swimmer since they opened ,never had a problem.

Great classes and high-quality teachers. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and make every class interesting and inspiring—I always want to come back for more.

Friendly staff and great instructors but …The new Epping leisure booking app is badly designed, when a class of 38 is full to capacity and it says there are 41 on the waitlist and then when you walk past the class and see there are spaces available. There is often only one person on reception and therefore a large queue and long wait to speak to them. There are often children shouting and running riot in reception. There are not enough classes to meet the need, apparently there are not enough instructors available so they are now doing virtual classes, I attended one this evening when I arrived it was full of chairs in a circle with cleaning sign in the middle. The staff came up and fixed this then 15 minutes into a 45 minute body balance class the virtual video ended and we realised the staff had put on the wrong video, so half the class packed up and went home. Absolute shambles. Like a badly run, disorganised youth club.

we had badminton booked on Sunday and the change over was 15 minutes after the football finished and they put the nets up, when we complained the manager Hally was very rude and said she wont do nothing we have over 5000 members that go to spectrum and with her acting like this would be bad business and once the top management see this i think no way she would be a manager with a attitude like this...we are going to be writing to the top when we have been here for longer then she has been a manager...disgraceful from a manager instead of sorting and saying she don't care.we will make sure this is taken further as no way a manager {Hally} is rude and don't care about the people that have complaints..
