Works very well. An app for the site would be handy
Easy to book and more or less instant confirmation.
One suggestion - it would be nice to have an app so that I could tap directly on my iPhone rather than search web which means I have to remember the website name.

Excellent Camping/MoHo App!!!
Used Pitchup app before a couple of years ago but, having looked at it this morning for the first time since then, was amazed at how well the app was laid out and how well it worked. Remembering you arrival and departure dates, other available site with the same dates and associated costs right within the same scrollable page! Brilliant stuff. Other well-known app developers should take note.
I think we'll be using Pitchup permanently from now on. Excellent work!

Booking early does not guarantee the best rate
We have used Pitchup.com for many years. On our last booking made 7 months in advance, we were surprised that when we rechecked the rate weeks before our arrival as our friends also wanted to stay, the rates had gone down. Beware that booking early does not guarantee the best rate as Pitchup.com appears to have no price promise or influence over the rates set by the campsite owners. Pitchup.com unable to help with regard to price query.

We understand how frustrating it can be to book 7 months in advance and then later see lower rates available for the same stay. While Pitchup.com has a price parity agreement with campsites, which means the price on our platform should be the same as or lower than the price offered directly, the owners themselves are responsible for setting and managing their prices and promotions.
As a result, pricing can sometimes change, e.g. if they have annual price reviews, or if they use dynamic pricing where campsite owners adjust their pricing in response to demand, availability, or seasonal factors, which is a common tool in the hotel and travel industry. Unfortunately, once a booking has been confirmed, we are unable to influence or override the campsite's pricing decisions. If rates on Pitchup.com match the site directly, they're still in line with our price parity agreement.
We appreciate your loyalty over the years and understand why this is frustrating. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll ensure it is shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to provide the best possible booking experience for our customers.

The company offers no customer service and is just concerned with collecting their commission. They are also happy to publish false, fake reviews and publish them anonymously even though evidence has as been provided to them, and to which they replied to in a email admitting that the statements in the review were in fact inaccurate and incorrect.
