I submitted a transfer request over a year ago and have still had no progress or meaningful communication. It’s clear that service personnel are not treated as a priority.
The standard of accommodation is poor, and despite repeatedly emailing about ongoing issues, little has been done to resolve them. I was told a housing officer would visit to assess the property, but this never happened and there was no follow-up.
Overall, the lack of care, accountability, and support is extremely disappointing. Service personnel deserve far better than the conditions and service currently being provided.
Due to the ongoing lack of action, I am now in discussions with a local newspaper to highlight the treatment of service personnel and the conditions we are being left to live in.
I can always rely on Emmanuel to get things done efficiently and without fuss. He consistently follow through on tasks, no matter how big or small, and his sense of responsibility really stands out.
I have had a few issues recently and these were dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. His positive attitude and dependable nature make a real difference. He is an asset to the Pinnacle team.
Moving into our new home was a smooth and genuinely pleasant experience. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure we felt comfortable right away and took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to know, which really helped ease the stress of moving. Their professionalism and friendly attitude stood out, and they were always ready to answer questions or offer assistance whenever needed. It was clear they truly cared about making the transition as seamless as possible. Overall, their support made a big difference, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.
I’ve had an ongoing issue with a leak in my property for a while, and I just want to say how helpful Emmanuel, property manager, has been in finally getting it sorted.
He stayed on top of things the whole time, chasing updates and making sure the work was followed through properly. Communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference as these kinds of issues can be quite stressful.
Since the repair was completed, everything has been fine with no further problems, so it’s a real relief to have it resolved.
Overall, a positive experience and I appreciate the effort Emmanuel put in to get this sorted.

I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Danielle Allister, who conducted my March Out earlier today. From the very beginning, during her initial visit at the Pre-March Out, I was genuinely impressed by her positive attitude, professional demeanour, and helpful nature. She not only carried out her responsibilities with clarity and confidence but also went the extra mile by offering additional advice and even providing a paint sample to assist with my preparation.
As a soldier leaving the Forces after 37 years and having completed 20+ moves, the process can naturally be stressful. However, Danielle’s support truly made my day stress free. Her approach exemplifies the high standards Pinnacle strives for and shows that the organisation is employing the right people to deliver and continuously improve their service.
This was my final March Out, and although a significant amount of hard work went into getting the property ready, Danielle ensured the process was smooth, fair, and straightforward. Her professionalism and warm manner made a meaningful difference.

Utterly incompetent.
Trying to sell my share of a Shared Ownership flat and the sale has been delayed for months due to their apathy and incompetence. Take forever to reply to emails. No one knows anything or who should be doing what. It took them a month to find a single document amongst a laundry list of other failings. Diabolically bad. Avoid like the plague if at all possible.

Via David Bruce we did a move in & out over the last year. Well communicated, professional comms, helpful advice. Moving home is never stress-free, but David's role in this was good. More generally, some minor frustrations/delays when emailing Pinnacle multiuser accounts to liaise about routine inspections etc.

Poor management of service charges (go up by quite a bit every year) never engage with residents and concierge staff are always late or finish early also never use the tools such as Ark app to log information like packages waiting to collected from the mail room.

My pre move experience from Catterick was really good. I had a 2 month old at the time, and was already anxious with the packing and everything else. David Bruce was really reassuring. He not only explained what was required, but we went from room to room and he advised on what we could do to make the change over easier. He was very professional and emailed me more information with more hints and tips to make the move easier. He's assistance and kindness made my experience bearable and less stressful.

Liam has been outstanding throughout our move process. He has been proactive, consistent and genuinely compassionate, and he has taken the time to understand the welfare pressures behind our move. Communication has been clear, regular and realistic, and he has gone above and beyond what we expected to help us progress things properly. Liam has made a very stressful situation feel manageable, and the difference his support has made to our family is significant.
I also want to mention Leah, I only had one brief interaction with her but she was brilliant, helpful and professional, so thank you to her as well.
One area for improvement is consistency of service across staff. On two occasions I dealt with Lisa, and the experience was the opposite. She was very short and robotic, and it did not feel like she took time to review the situation or look into the details before responding that lack of care and attention adds stress quickly, and the contrast with Liam was stark.

Very slow to sort out issues in the apartment block sometimes up to one month to get someone out to fix a problem, very very poor service. Issue I first highlighted still not been resolved
