Overall great experience
Overall great experience, products are top and a lot cheaper than anywhere else! I always get my NYX items here. Shipping was pretty fast! Free goodies are always great too!

I think that pink panda is the best cosmetic store online. Great gifts, great quality, delivery always on time. The only thing that I think pink panda needs to do is get a pink panda app. That would be wonderful, but I would not change where I buy my cosmetics. Pink panda is the best for me. Thank you pink panda!!!

my order still not here
I ordered on the 28th of December and my order still hasn't arrived yet.
Pink panda said it got sended but DHL says it is just electronic announced.
I wrote them everywhere but I haven't got am answer.
Last time I ordered, It came but it was missing some stuff cos they where not longer available. You shouldn't be able to purchase stuff they not longer have.
Won't be ordering again.

thank you for your message. We have checked our correspondence and have seen that you wrote us an e-mail on Saturday, January 6th, and have received our reply today, Monday, January 8th, 11 am (during the weekend our offices are closed). We have also replied to your comments on Instagram.
Regarding your order - as written in our e-mail, it was dispatched January 3nd. The delivery usually takes 3 to 5 workling days once a parcel has been dispatched, so you can expect it shortly. Your tracking link says the estimated delivery is January 9th.

I did place my first order this year after skipping to place one for the past 2 years.

I loved the option to receive it at a DHL Pakstation.
5 days delivery from another country during Christmas season phenomenal!
I took a gamble at the secret box and the secret pink bag as well. Not gonna lie I was scared I would be dissaponted over the items. But guess what I was not. It was my first time to buy a mystery item as well bc usually you mostly get things that you probably won't use. I was very lucky this time and am happy with what I got.
Overall a very satisfying first order.
Thank you for such a great experience.
Some items are a gift so I am not able to open them. I will have to wait and hope all items are okay. Hoping if not Pink Panda will not leave me hanging.
