For flats in blocks not managed by us, and for issues concerning communal areas and services, we rely entirely on the external block management company. Our control over matters such as lift breakdowns, communal gate failures, or wider estate management is limited, and we can only share the information provided to us. We are sorry if communication around these matters fell short of your expectations.
Regarding repairs within flats, each landlord has their own preferred contractors and instructions, which we must follow. We monitor all work and regularly review performance based on tenant feedback. While we strive for the highest standards, we acknowledge that issues can occasionally occur, and we are sorry if our service did not meet your expectations.
