No customer service at all!
I ordered a nice lamp from Pindhus.dk on September. The delivery was quick, but unfortunately the lamp was broken because it was so poorly packaged without its own thick cardboard box in a large soft, weak box!! I sent it back at my own expense and waited.. I sent several e-mails but no answers! Now a couple of months have passed and I still wait the product or my money back. Very disappointed! This is my worst online shopping experience ever!

In our last correspondance and receipt of the returned item, I was sure the amount automatically was subsequently transferred. It is not often that we do returns from foreign customers and i am sorry if it has not happened automatically.
Because of the delay we can´t return on your credit card payment, so please write me an email with your account no., if possible IBAN and swift information.
