This website is super disappointing…

This website is super disappointing online shop.
I ordered 2 items on March 5th.and it supposed to arrived within 3-7 days as it mentioned on their website .So on March 15, I emailed them and informed them that I didn't receive my order after 10 days. So after 2 days they replied with tracking number !!!!! It is April 4th , and I didn't receive my order yet, and the tracking no. said it is in SHANGHAI still !!!!! MEANS 30 DAYS
I will never ever purchase from this website.

Big surprise

I was really excited about the products I ordered and sincerely in a hurry to get them.
I first received my 2 sweats : B747 and A350 with 2 face masks and was amazed by their quality.
And then came my watches and I was really satisfied by their quality.

Turned finger green

I bought two rings from here for my daughter’s Christmas. They both tarnished and turned her finger grew within a week. They are not 925 silver or even stainless.

Very poor

Very poor. I ordered the watch on Nov 7, 2019. It took almost over a month to arrive. It was defective. I was told I needed to mail it back for refund or replacement, the cost was almost the price of the watch. I did mail it, and now it is Feb 9, and I hav enot seen a replacement. This is a lousy process and poor service.

You answer is condescending. I can read and sent the watch using a trackable process as instructed. Here is your last sentence to me today "No problem at all.
The package will never return back, and there will be no refund for you ever."
Are you listening to yourself. I still demand a refund.

The watch was actually not defected. It was in mint condition, and you simply wanted to ship it back to us for refund, which is perfectly fine. We provided the return address, and we warned the customer about make sure to send it back to us with trackable / registered way. The way he sent doesn't provide a tracking information and got stuck at customs since 2 months.. How can we refund if we don't receive the package? Next time please do read the instructions. Thanks.

I went through your order order, and found out that your package was delivered in 20 days after ordering. We promise to ship within 3-7 business days, and deliver to your country in 7-15 days after shipping. This was delivered much faster.

I also checked our e-mails to find a conversation between you and our customer support, guess what, there is no communication, yet you complain here saying "customer service was non existence".. I am having hard time understand you.

I am getting fed up with this company

I am getting fed up with this company. Back last year I tried to purchase an iPad case when it arrived it was in such terrible condition I sent it back the company refused I refund they would not listen to me Nathan sent another one out which I duly sent back as well I complain to my credit card company they still haven’t refunded me and I keep pestering me. Don’t use this company ever

Hello there,

There was a printing error, and we accepted this error. Then we offered to send you a new one in mint condition for free of charge, and we delivered a new one in 15 days as promised. You were so eager to return this back, which you did with the cheapest way of shipping. You didn't even provide a tracking number for the package you sent, only a receipt showing that you shipped something to somewhere for some fee.. There was not even an address! Very unfair review.

This website is just a scam

This website is just a scam, I’m not one to write reviews or even send complaints but wow this one just takes the cake. If I could give y’all zero stars I would. Ordered back in October NEVER received my item. Sent an email out to customer service and got the most unprofessional and passive aggressive response. They told me to contact USPS and USPS said that I should consult with the seller and ask for a refund. After contacting customer service they straight up told me I lied and that USPS would never say that so I sent a follow up reply with screenshots of the original USPS email. Then, they said they’d send me a replacement and would send me tracking info it is now a NEW YEAR and nothing. I emailed customer service again and got a bratty response saying that they “loved” reading my nasty email during the Christmas holidays. Anyways, I still have not received my package they literally STOLE my money and have THE MOST UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL customer care I have ever seen. Working in customer service myself I understand frustration but this is beyond disgusting

A little bit longer period to get a pack but Christmas time was a limiting factor. Goods arrived the 24th of DEC. Right on time 👍👍👍. Everything as ordered. Very well done PilotEyes. Merry Christmas 🎄🧑‍✈️🎁❄️
