i made a purchase from the online store, paid full price using PayPal. a few days later, i recived a refund. no explanation, no massage from the store, nothing, and even when i wrote to the customers service- no response at all. I'm not sure what's wrong with them, but no doubt their service sacks

After making an order, they sent to me attach invoice in pdf, which is not opened on iPhone (last iOS, iPhone 15 pro). Instead of letters i saw just dots, it looks like problem with fonts. I sent back screenshot with problem and they said “update your adobe reader version”. From all shops all the time i received normal pdf files without any issues and read it on my mobile phone, but exactly this place use some unusual version (???) of pdf creating program. Instead of resolving the problem they give stupid recommendation. Also site use German language everywhere, but they have worldwide delivery, and it can make some problems during making the order (especially choosing the country, because in German some countries can be named completely different). I will update my review, when i will receive my order (i hope so because I didn’t received track number, may be it was in invoice but how can I read it??)
