Pilatus Comparator Solutions, small staff based company with some good solid processes and values in place. 2 out of 3 directors are very friendly, welcoming and will gain mutual respect for. The other Director on the other hand is very annoying, offensive jokes and very controlling! It is very micro managed there and you can not do anything without someone making a comment! If you have come from an office environment and are expecting Pilatus to be a fun exciting place...you may not get that. The office is somewhat a small open plan but there is no “office vibe” no real buzz, and it is quite dull and boring.
Certain staff get preferential treatment and then you got some who literally walk around like divas which is quite shocking as they will speak to you how they wish and that’s ok! Well it’s NOT OK!!!
There is no staff room to have your lunch so you will end up eating at your desk which means people will disturb you and ask you things about work, location isn’t the greatest if you want to get away you will be looking at the bins outside or you can sit in your car and still look at the bins but you may take that option rather than people disturbing you whilst trying to eat. Pilatus definitely look for a “certain type” if you don’t fit the criteria you will feel like an outcast. It could be a great place but there are some serious internal dynamics that you will question. The main thing here was how controlling it was and how some would talk to you just because they have been there for years, and then you have another member who will treat you like her PA but then is THE most unhelpful person there!
