All I can say about this company is THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I have used them over the last few years for one particular bespoke frame and mount design. Even though I only order once a year I always get treated like I was a customer that ordered every week and spent thousands of pounds with them. They make me feel like my order is just as important as everyone else.
I also had a habit of ordering last minute and they always delivered, and I am currently waiting on my custom order again as I type.
I run a photography business myself and the way that Picture Lizard treat me is how I treat my customers and that is why I go back each year for my frame and mount.
I would not go anywhere else.

I ordered a custom size picture frame via the workshop in Swindon. I found the staff to be helpful, polite and patient (as I couldn't make up my mind which one of the lovely frames to choose!)

The cost was reasonable and the order completed within a few days. The frame really sets off my artwork and looks gorgeous in my living room.

I would recommend PictureLizard and will be back for another frame soon!

I sent for some passport photographs because Picturelizard guaranteed their approval, and the price seemed very reasonable. The pictures arrived promptly, but were rejected by the passport service on two separate counts. I had assumed that the guarantee meant that Picturelizard understood the passport service requirements and would check that they were fully met before dispatching the photographs.
Sadly I was wrong, and wasted quite a lot of time as a result.
Postscript 3 days later: Picturelizard were good enough to refund the money without argument promptly when asked.
