Picsart has predatory practices
Picsart has predatory practices. They promise a full 3 day trial and offer a reminder to cancel before you’re charged, then charge ON the 3rd day, do not send a reminder, refuse to refund and then blame a 3rd party. If you look at the reviews, it happens time and again. I will not cease until I’m refunded. Steer clear of this app!

alright needs updating

I had some issues with the app
I had some issues with the app. , specifically with remove background. I've been a customer for years. The agent basically told me to cancel, and I hope you enjoyed Picsart. It was a total slap in the face and I couldn't help writing some bad words about the lame response. Totally useless service.
Picsart has always been my favorite thing. I use it all the time. What prompted this review in the first place was that I expected better customer service when an issue arose. I'd like to see improvement in that aspect. Customers should matter. Don't blow off their problems; assist them! Thank you. 😀

I took a decision to join Picsart due…
I took a decision to join Picsart due to high rates of other Apps available in the market for Editing Photos and Videos. At that time AI was not in vogue.
This turned out to be the best decision because, not only Picsart is cheaper, but gives excellent results, sometimes even better that the costly apps.
The experience is now even better with the introduction of AI based Picture/ Video generation and editing. Picsart is very fast to introduce excellent AI modules in its mix.
I am very happy and recommend PicsArt to everyone for Generating Video and Pictures.
