Good VR but with horrible support

I love the Pico VR. I have a Pico Neo 3 Link and it hasn't failed me until recently with the new update. I create content (mainly Beat Saber content) with it and so I need tracking to be on point. Well with the new update it made tracking a bit messy to where when you swing the VR thinks you're doing a circle motion. I contacted Pico through live chat twice and they gave me some troubleshooting tips and nothing worked unfortunately, I tried everything there was including in the FAQs etc. I then contacted a 3rd time asking for a way to roll back the update and they advised me to email them with a video outlining the problem. I sent them an email and got a response just to confirm they've received it and sent it to the relevant team. I got a response with troubleshooting tips (I mentioned in the email that I tried all troubleshooting tips already but they sent me the same thing anyways). I then replied to the email explaining that I've tried all troubleshooting tips and just wanted to know if there was a way to roll back the update. 2 weeks later and I have been ghosted by Pico with no available way to make content meaning my platform has been left at a hault. After 3 years of owning my VR and it still being in amazing condition I may have to sell it and consider other options and I would recommend the same for others unfortunately.

My headset after an update become…

My headset after an update become unplayable with error 20000,i made a factory reset and it become playable for 3 days, then the same error again.
I spent over 500 euro in their picostore for games, and when they asked for repair they just told me,they cant repair it just to buy a new one VR Headset.
There is no after sales service if your warranty ends, you threw it to garbage as well lose all your money spent on Picostore.
They dont provide after sales service when the warranty ends,it was my mistake to spent so much money on their shop,as i didnt know they dont have repair service.

Terrible experience

Can't contact them, they don't answer, they add you to multiple mailing lists including real spam. I wish I never ordered a Pico 4 with a dead pixel. And a Pico 4 at all.

Purchased the Pico 4 with 4 free game…

Purchased the Pico 4 with 4 free game bundle two weeks ago, contacted Pico support on no less than 4 occasions now as I have yet to receive the free games. Initially was asked to submit a online form including my invoice and device serial number. Did this the same day as request. Latest contact yesterday has been ignored. Clearly don't care about after sales support.
