I used Picodi to book a rental car via DiscoverCars on August 10, 2025, with cashback clearly activated and confirmed through their browser extension.

The booking was completed successfully, payment was made, and the reservation was confirmed by DiscoverCars.

Initially, the cashback appeared as pending. However, after several weeks and a complaint, Picodi manually added the transaction — only for it to be later rejected by their “partner”, without any verifiable justification.

What is particularly concerning:

* Picodi refuses to provide any technical evidence (no transaction ID, no tracking logs, no partner identification)
* Multiple affiliate networks (Awin, CJ, Impact) confirmed there is **no record of this transaction**
* DiscoverCars claims no responsibility or visibility over cashback tracking

This creates a situation where the consumer:

* fulfills all visible conditions
* but has no way to verify or contest the rejection

This level of opacity is unacceptable for a service that relies entirely on tracking.

I have now escalated the case to arbitration (CNIACC), as Picodi has been unable or unwilling to provide any transparent explanation.

At this point, this is no longer about the €30 cashback — it is about a system where consumers are expected to trust outcomes that cannot be independently verified.

I would strongly advise caution when relying on cashback promises from this platform.

Straight up scam, generated cashback saying I could redeem then they doubled the minimum cashback withdrawal just so I couldn’t withdraw it, false adverting that just wants your data that’s how they make their money

It's a scam. First, the advertised cashback rate is always incorrect, to which they respond with "it's the maximum possible cashback." Second, even after funds show in your account, they aren't approved for months. Then, they have a ridiculous minimum amount for withdrawal. The help center is the least helpful ever. They give you vague reasoning for any issue you encounter. Basically, do not bother with this. You will not save anything and just be hassled.

Picodi often cancels cashback for no reason, and recently they took away all my accumulated cashback without any notification. Terrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I made a purchase through Picodi for Lastminute.com on 05 September 2025. The cashback was tracked and later marked as pending, along with £8 referral bonuses showing on my dashboard.

On 06 November 2025, the cashback was suddenly marked as rejected with no valid explanation, and my pending referral amount disappeared. I contacted support multiple times with no reply.

Under UK consumer protection laws, companies must handle cashback offers transparently. I’ve since raised a formal complaint and will escalate through Trading Standards via Citizens Advice if unresolved.

Cashback that you can't get back lmao; after waiting two months for $5 back on a game I bought from a different seller, it turns out that you cannot withdraw balances under $10.

Essentially, I made a significant purchase on Kinguin, expecting to receive some of the money back, which was definitely not the case. You must reach a certain amount before you can withdraw the money, with certain purchases only offering 1% cashback.

I got my cashback but i can't even cash it out because it isn't available in my country, why do i get the cashback for the netherlands while it isn't available there, so now it's stuck in a loop and wasted the cashback and as i see by others that this is such a scam, i'm even scammed for it now by 10 bucks that i would've gotten back

I suddenly found out after my cashback was available to withdraw they raised the minimum price to 20, this is an actual scam that i won't recommend

Ridiculous cashbacks (e.g. 0.08%).

Advertised 5% cashback, cashed back 0.5%. Had to complain to get the rest.

Blamed me and refused to credit other cashbacks I didn't receive after admitting mistake and promising cashback.

Advertised 0.08%, cashed back 0%. Contacted support and provided evidence. They blamed me, claimed it was impossible to cash back, and refused to cash back despite evidence. Threatened legal action. They cashed back 0.05%.

Update (08/04/2025): Picodi flagged my review and requested my full name, my phone number, my e-mail addres, and a reference number. I provided and Trustpilot requested documentation. I provided and Trustpilot removed my review. This is a repost.

Update (08/05/2025): Spent €23.30 + €127.23 + €220.05 on AliExpress. They tracked $20.85 + $197.57 + $114.34 and allegedly cashed back $0.31 + $2.96 + $1.72, but I only have $0.13 available in my account and $0 pending. Contacted support and provided documentation/evidence, they ignored all documentation/evidence and immediately replied with a useless, vague message listing possible reasons, none of which apply.

Update (08/06/2025): They finally explained the actual reason after multiple unhelpful replies with vague reasons. I have 2 accounts. An American and a local one. I always access picodi.com and it doesn't let me choose the country, so I asked them. They ignored. Finally managed to access my American account through their cashback notification e-mails. Turns out they cashed back $4.99 and the minimum withdraw amount is $5. What a convenient coincidence.

This site is a scam. I made my first purchase through Picodi on Kinguin for a video game key, with the cashback option activated. I completed the purchase correctly, received my key on Kinguin, but on Picodi it only showed that I had visited the page.

I submitted a support ticket to Picodi, and about an hour later, the status changed to "purchase completed" and showed that my cashback was pending. However, when I signed up, the minimum withdrawal amount was €5. After my Kinguin purchase was approved, they suddenly increased the minimum withdrawal to €10.

Every time pending cashback is added to my account, the withdrawal threshold increases. I ended up deleting my account. Picodi is a scam — I strongly advise against using it. Stay away.

scummy company, every single other cashback site will give you atleast 10-100x more than what they give

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Picodi.com. My cashback payment request has not been processed even after 3 months since I submitted it. Furthermore, their cashback policy is incredibly unfair, as cashback has a validity limit of only 2 years (a restriction I have never encountered on similar platforms like TopCashback.com or eBuyClub.com).

As a user, I was not even notified via email or through the dashboard about an upcoming cashback expiration, despite their claims that they inform customers about such events via email, at least. For a company of their size, I expected far better reliability and transparency.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I cannot recommend their platform to anyone. Avoid it if you value your time and money!

A huge scam.

For small amounts you may be lucky and get caahback. I bought a PC with a supposed cashback of 50€ and after 8 months nothing received. No answer via mail and when they answer is the same mail every time... don't use this website.

I signup account on picodi app and purchase through food panda app they give cashback 0.50 and i invite friends and family my account shows 5000 but i cant withdrwal why???

Poor website. They will cancel your account once your cashback approve
