Don't buy from PickRice!

I've bought a table from PickRice and after a long time I received it already broken. After a long conversation I decided to send it back to China and I've paid about 80.00 New Zealand dollar for the shipping. For some reason they refused to receive the product there (as was reported by DHL) and they refuse to refund my money.

After almost 6 months I'm still trying to get my money back.

Totally disappointed.

PickRice is indeed, a scam.

Ordered two jewelry items three weeks ago.

After many emails, I was given a false tracking number for use on a false tracking site. Sad to see that I should have done more research before going ahead and giving them my credit card information.

Nervous about credit card fraud now.

Save your money. Don't use PickRice.

Not what they advertise

Tried to purchase a phone on this website, they advertised that they accepted mastercard but did not.
I contacted them and was sent an email confirming that they did accept mastercard.
Second attempt at purchasing the phone met with the same issue.
Got on to the customer service again and was told for the second time that they don't accept mastercard even though they had send email confirmation stating that they did and even though it was still being advertised.

picture uploaded shows down the bottom the false advertisement.

Sold item that did not even have

I bought a laptop from this shop and had been waiting for two weeks to dispatch my order. It is said that an order dispatching takes 1-3 days. Finally I got conversation with them about why my order still was not dispatched and every response from them took 24-48 hours. They promised that my order would be shipped asap, but after two weak of waiting they respond that this item was out of stock and they could not ship it to me.
As a result, I lost 14 AUD for the overseas transaction and did not get the order as well as proper excuse.
Really bad communication between the shop and suppliers.
