The staff at pickandmix have always been polite and given a fast response. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, 5* service all round! Thanks guys 😊😍

Amazing variety
Amazing! Always a really good variety of sweets. I purchased the smaller party sized bags for my partners sons birthday party, everyone was really impressed. Would definitely recommend. Great service and quick delivery.

Hey sorry you felt this way, we don’t keep sweets any longer the 24hrs, we have a fast turn around with stock so are sweets are the fresh, and we heat seal all our bags to keep them at there best, hygiene is our number one rule but please email us and we would gladly send you out a nice big discount code so you can try again 🙌🏽 We have 100s of happy customers every day and we don’t like letting any one down
Disgusting service, Do not buy !
Really bad service. Ordered x2 bags of sweets and only received the one. The smaller cheaper bag. Not only that paid £14 for delivery for both bags which is silly for postage. Then they said they sent both bags which clearly they never because you couldn't fit another bag in the packaging. Also messaged them back and forth and they was rude and not willing to refund or send a replacement and also ignoring my messages on insta too.
Really bad service ! Also to top it of a hair was found the in small bag we did receive.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !
Oh and now they comment saying this is false lol I still have the screenshots of proof and they blocked me on Instagram. Also I put them on my Instagram story showing how bad the service is and guess what a few people inboxed me saying the same thing, it took weeks to arrive they dont reply to emails etc loads of bad feedback. Do not buy !! They didn't offer a refund or send out another bag. Full of liars ! If you want me to leak the screenshots and the phone number of a member of your team i will !

This is false/fake this isn’t a customer of pickandmix.co, we have 5 star rating with over 500 happy customer daily, our Instagram and website shows this, we have an admin team full time for any issue with our products, any issue get a refund or sorted out so our customer are aways happy, this must be a rival company
