These services are absolutely rubbish I had child care cover as I run a childminding business these people take your money and do not provide a service they try a way to get around just taking your money and passing the blame on beware. I have a new solicitor and I will send pib and the rip off team the bill to pay for my legal costs! Look at them wording their letters. Good thing I studied law!
