Lack of care for customers
I ordered from physioworldshop before 2pm for next day delivery as it clearly states on the website and got an email to confirm. Then wasted a day waiting for a delivery that never came. I checked the tracking number that they provided me with for DPD but it was not even listed. For a company that deals in medical matters it seems that they don't care about their customers/patients. Quick enough to take your money though
