Great service
The communication and response time was great and the shipping was very quick. I was a bit worried that it would get stuck in customs or something but it was fast.
The product itself is great very interesting and I am very excited to see all the applications where we can use it. Seems very sturdy.

The greatest carbon pole!
The best carbon camera pole I've ever had. Very light, I still have the 10 meter version and is even stable enough at 10m. Highly recomended, also support team answers any question within few hours.

A great item for my toolkit
A great item for my toolkit when I can't use a drone or want to get a higher res photo than my drone can offer. Great customer service (I had a lot of questions before I bought it). Loving it and should use it more!

Amazing photography tool!
Have wanted a Photomast now for a while and decided to invest in this amazing tool for photography. The service at Photomast was top notch and the quality of the photomast is amazing! I do real estate/landscape photography and I have to say I really am impressed with how awesome this pole is and the incredible shots you can achieve with it. Headed to Iceland in a few months and can't wait to try it out there!
