Even my local watch repair shop couldn't get a hold of them regarding replacement parts. Unacceptable.
Absolutely crap ,paid $500 brand new and it’s been crap every pin has broken, the clasp keeps opening and has condensation in it.
Extremly extremly bad service to a brand supposed to be luxurious. Its written in the site under the item 24hr international exprees delivery. Invalid tracking number . No one answer phone , email or whatsup. They just read and ignore it. And one time they send me whatsup that they have shipped the watch and i have to contact the courier and didnt provide even correct tracking number !! After several attempts , i called the headquarter someone answered the phone and after almost two weeks of ordering i received the order and PAYED EXTRA 70€ FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING AND TAXES AND DUTY AROUND which was not mentioned at all in the site . THE WORST SITE EVER .
