I received an email after my purchase from customer service which was great. However, when I responded with a question, I never received a response. If you're going to take the time to reach out to customers and offer a contact for questions, then be ready to respond if customers reach out with a need. I'm really disappointed that this fabric on the pillow pilled after just a month of use and one washing. I wish someone would offer a solution.

It’s very comfy (not to bulky) and I love how it has a piece you can detach! It definitely has helped me sleep better since I am pregnant and dealing with sciatic nerve pain!

My body c-pillow was a bit limp and flat- was expecting something more plush and supportive. Not completely happy with my purchase, and still having a really hard time getting comfortable. Not sure I would recommend this product— at least not to pregnant women.

I ordered my cushion online late at night. It was shipped out the very next day. It arrived one day earlier than the estimated delivery date. The cushion is exactly as described. I am very pleased with the product. I really appreciated the free shipping. The cushion was recommended to me by my brother in law after he purchased two of them. My pillow came fast and is incredibly comfortable! I'm a stomach sleeper, and while I'm definitely struggling to adjust to being a side sleeper, this pillow is helping a lot.

It’s not as fluffy as described. Waited the 48 hours after unboxing and tried fluffing it up. Unsure how fast it’ll go flat but comfortable enough for now
