I placed an order late at night and called the following morning to ask if a swifter postage option was available as 48 hour was the standard. Spoke to an actual human being! What a refreshing change that was. My details were taken and I was called back as promised. For a small extra payment I was able to upgrade to 1st class delivery. The order arrived the next working day. Very happy with the products and service. Would buy from again.

I ordered a set of dog boots from Petstuff and what a nightmare, first of all I thought I was ordering from a UK based company not one from China. Aaron was helpful but it took around a month to get the item and when it finally arrived they were to small (I ordered the correct size) and now I have to pay to send it back to China !!! Which will cost me around half of what the item costs and god knows how long it will take to reimburse my payment. Sadly a very bad experience

The wild birds seem to like the worms. They arrived soon after ordering. My only slight complaint (and at the price paid is really only a slight niggle) is that they came in a packet not a tub as shown on line.
