The package was late and when we open it wasn't a new product it was used and dirty no proteccions even found small pieces of broken glass

Fast and efficient!
I placed my order on 13/8 and it arrived on 15/8. Couldn't be faster than that could it?!
The product I wanted was unavailable in two pet supply shops I tried, turned to internet and quickly arrived on the Pets Place website.
I will certainly recommend this company to others.
