Very helpful, answer emails promptly, will definitely use again!

Pets perfect sent our order out quickly and contacted us when the product we had ordered had been discontinued to check we were happy with the replacement. The only criticism I would have was the timescales for delivering the replacement which followed our other part of the order about a week and a half later with no updates on progress. I will use them again however

I ordered two Chuckit ball throwers from Pets Perfect. Chuckits are more expensive than bog-standard ones but much better built and throw the ball further. Pets Perfect delivered them quickly and in good packaging. Great service, as usual. My dogs are very grateful.

Gold label three oils I would always recommend this product but to much packaging the dog bed is perfect for what I wanted

I recomend this company .The customer service is excellent.

Bought leads, collars and halters, very friendly and efficient service nothing was too much trouble. Needed to return the collars as the colour was not exactly what I wanted, PetsPerfect sent out a returns bag rather than me having to tape up the original packing, might not seem like much but it makes a difference.

Totes purfect in every way also the cat nip spray sending them crazy

The water flow is very weak.
