Excellent Customer Care

I had to make a return as I had ordered the wrong item. I spoke with Joy. She was a complete pleasure. Very professional and sorted my issue.

This day and age people generally aren’t very helpful.

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery. A good experience with my first order. A bit disappointed I wasn't informed of a customs charge at time of ordering, but apart from that, everything was great.

Always a positive experience

Have ordered my dog's supplements several times and they were always shipped quickly and carefully packaged - and cheaper than on other websites. Have shipped both within the UK and the EU - the latter is very easy to arrange, EU shipping is expensive but because the taxes are already taken into account by petremedies, then there is no delay at customs.
