The collars I ordered are a little big…

The collars I ordered are a little big for my 9 mo. old kittens. Good quality product and they will grow. My order arrived on time in good shape. I'm very satisfied.

I love the product - but . . .

I love the product, and when my dog chewed up the device, PetLink gave me a new one, free of charge. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that email is the way to communicate, and sometimes takes days for a problem to be solved. In my case, I was a wreck during the week my dog wasn't trackable. I wish customer service could act quicker.

grateful for the safety

Easy shopping even with all the options and always good quality and durable. Want to make sure my little "spud" is in good equipment/apparel. Safety is key for our precious loves.

Worst stomer service ever

Worst stomer service ever. I have been dealing with them for weeks and got nowhere. My GPS randomly quit tracking correctly.
