It's a good place to buy online
The package was sent on time and I recieved both products with a two samples of that fragrance so I could smell it before I open the perfum box.I thought that was really thoughtful 🤗because both fragrances were blond buys.I enjoyed the fragrances bythe way.

The delivery cost for sending 1 small 5ml bottle was almost 5 euros. If that wasn’t bad enough, the package took 4-5 days to get here. I would want to order again but probably won’t because who wants those kind of delivery charges

Het pakketje is op dezelfde dag van jouw bestelling opgehaald door de transporteur. Helaas hebben wij dan geen invloed meer op de levertijd, desalniettemin zullen wij dit terugkoppelen aan de transporteur. Met betrekking tot de transportkosten zijn wij helaas genoodzaakt om dit door te belasten tot een bepaalde orderwaarde. Vanaf 30 euro nemen wij de transportkosten op ons! Reference 7732: GLS lost the package 3 weeks ago and Petit Parfum is still not returning me my money!!!!!!!! They are ignoring me. I probably have to go to a solicitor!!!! Please stay away from this company as they sit on your money and expect you to do the investigation for them. It is the worst customer service I have seen in my life!

We received the confirmation form GLS Netherlands that the shipment is lost.
Unfortunately the procedure is that we have to wait untill our freight forwarder in the Netherlands gives us the results of the investigation before we can take action.
You were informed by GLS Germany but they need to confirm the information to our shipper as well.
You were informed about this and we have kept you updated per email multiple times.

I am satisfied
I received the package from The Netherlands to Romania in about seven days. The package was a bubble envelope, inside each sample was well closed and in an individual cardboard box. There was absolutely no leakage.
In my opinion the perfumes are 100% original. Communication with the seller was fast and effective (a small address mixup because of Google Pay settings).
Thank you for the presents, a travel spray for my 10 ml order and an extra sample from another perfume, it was a nice gesture.
I will definitely return to your shop for another order in the future. Thank you.
