I’ve been buying their stick on labels since my oldest son started nursery at 10 months old, and he’s turning seven later this month! In that time I’ve tried a couple of other popular brands out of curiosity however in my opinion nothing compares to the Petit Fernand labels.

I use them for clothing (school uniform, PE kit, coats, hats, swimming stuff etc) and haven’t had any issues with them washing off. Maybe the odd one or two but out of hundreds of labels over nearly six years, that’s nothing.

They also adhere well to other things - the inside of shoes and wellies, as well as lunch boxes, bags, drinks bottles and toys.

As a true testament to their strength, a metal water bottle has had the same label on for five years + counting and it still looks the same. It’s not faded, scratched or peeling at all. In many cases the labels have actually outlived the items I’ve stuck them to 😂

The kids enjoy picking the colours and little picture on their labels when I order. I enjoy the peace of mind of knowing things are labelled and that thanks to having our phone number on, they will find their way back us if they do get lost.

I usually use the labels for my two children, but I also bought a pack when my grandmother moved into a nursing home for end of life care so that we could label her belongings. I choose a muted colour, simple font and a pretty flower as the little picture (or you can just have no picture if you prefer) and they were perfectly suitable to use for an adult. I’d highly recommend them if you have a loved one moving into residential care, as well as of course for children.

Delivery is free and they usually take around a week to get to us here in the UK. You get an email when your order is dispatched and on its way to you. Highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I placed an order for clothing stickers for my 2 school age daughters, the first lot didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services who said I could either have my stickers redone or I could have a refund. I still wanted the stickers so I got them redone. I am so impressed with them, I really didn’t think they would hold up in the washer and dryer but to my amazement they actually do. My kids love them and customer service with this company was brilliant. When my stickers run out I will be ordering more for as long as I need to

I ordered what I thought were stickers for clothing. They took a long time to arrive, were too big to fit on clothing labels and when they came unstuck from clothing labels after one wash, I contacted the company to complain. They requested a photograph which I sent and they did not respond. When I chased this up they said that I had bought the wrong stickers - stickers intended for objects. I would never knowingly have spent £12 on stickers for objects. The inside cover of the booklet doesn’t mention stickers for objects - only stickers for clothes. The customer service person acknowledged how confusing the website was but did not replace the order with clothing stickers. They offered a 20% off code instead.
I don’t think this is adequate. I note that the website is now clearer about labels for objects vs clothing and that a banner at the top states delivery is delayed. I will not be using this company again when faster delivery, better value stickers that actually stick and are clearly marketed are available from other companies.

I purchased a new school uniform in late July 2024 for my daughter to begin her studies at a secondary Grammar school in September 2024. Despite careful adherence to the washing instructions (30 degrees and delicate cycle), the uniform stickers have begun to peel and detach within a mere three months.
I contacted the company to express my disappointment. Instead of a sincere apology, I was offered a measly 20% discount on additional purchases. This response is entirely unsatisfactory, as it does not address the fundamental issue of the product's poor quality.
I expect a full refund for the defective uniform stickers and a sincere apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

The order was processed right away with a high degree of quality. Excellent customer service.

The product is as I expected. I only had a small misunderstanding with the delivery time, so the product arrived a little late, but this was the fault of the Italian postal service and not the manufacturer.

Excellent product & friendly staff; I received the product and I was thrilled by its beauty and quality; furthermore, I had several problems with the couriers and the staff from Petit-Fernand was super helpful and offered me to re-order or get a refund, but luckily it arrived safe and sound and I did not have to use it.
I highly recommend buying on this site for the products and the kindness of the staff

The delivery was a bit of a miss as the stickers hadn’t arrived after the planned 10 working days. The team very kindly sent me a full refund and when poste italiane finally delivered them 1 week later, they didn’t want the money back but gave me the stickers as a gift
I will definitely buy again from them, just planning for plenty of time ahead to accommodate long delivery times

I'm a long time customers, and in the past the experience with order and delivery has been always fast and smooth. This time my order has been lost somewhere from the delivery company.. I wrote an e-mail during the weekend, the customer service answered promptly, produced again my order and sent back for no estra costs in no time. Amazing job!
