I am writing to express my…

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent shopping experience on your website petit bateau.
It has now been over two weeks since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive any of the items. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that no clear updates or explanations have been provided regarding the status of my shipment.
The lack of communication and the excessive waiting time have made this a very frustrating experience. I expected a much higher level of service and reliability from your brand.
