Very easy to sign up

I don't know how to actually use this insurance! I called, and you have no account for me.

The rep I worked with, Dilsa, was fantastic. Very helpful and responsive.

Nationwide, such a big well known company, offering amazing packages for my fur babies! The online process of setting up both of my girls was sooo easy. It doesn't go into effect for about a month but that's understandable that they have to check for pre existing, they do tell you that it won't be covered. But I really just wanted wellness coverage and soon I'll have it for both of my fur babies and can make sure they are taken care of, dispite my financial situation at any time. The rates seem totally fair, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for their age and getting the wellness added. I don't really have much to compare to but from what I have looked at the rates are Very Competitive. Thanks Nationwide!

Very helpful staff. Seemed genuinely interested in the welfare of our pet.

We submitted claims with a correct address and nationwide kept sending to the old address. then lied about ACH! they owe me over $6000. and all i get is a run around. im in the insurance business for humans and cant believe they are still in operation

Nationwide doubles and triples coverage premiums due to your pet's age and recent claims. Nationwide increases premiums and decreases and caps coverage to less than half once your pet has a health issue. Do not give Nationwide your money!

While processing application for my cats I accidentally disconnected from phone call. She quickly called me back so I did not have to go through trying to connect again with a different person. I was able to complete the forms without a problem.

I have had Nationwide for years and he er had any problems.

Chad was helpful and had good follow-through. He even called us the day we picked up our puppy. Had nationwide with my last dog and it’s always organized and helpful.

So far, very simple process. But, I don’t like the delay of beginning coverage as we just brought him home and coverage doesn’t start for 2 months? Frustrating.

Get insurance an it takes 2 months to go into affect! That's unacceptable! It needs to go into affect immediately!

It took me a few minutes to figure out what was and was not covered with my pet insurance. I did not see the 5% off from adding a pet to my existing pet insurance and had to calculate it myself.
