This is my third AV Receiver from Peter Tyson although I have only recently registered on the PT website.
My first purchase was a Yamaha AV Receiver back in 2009 and another more up to date Yamaha model in 2014.
After receiving the Denon AVR-X1800 I set it up with absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Once connected to a television the Denon receiver has a very user friendly interface and anyone even with basic experience will have no problems configuring this receiver.
I have never had any problems with my purchases and I can highly recommend Peter Tyson and will continue to support them with any future purchases.

This FiiO KA15 is to replace my KA3. There's been a delay in responding to you. I was advised that to get the best out of the KA15's I should but some new headphone cabling with 4 4mm connects and separate wires to feed my Shure SE215 phones. I decided to wait for it all to arrive.
The results are outstanding. Was pretty good before,but now absolutely excellent. I listen to a lot of music (Really listen) and this is an excellent combination.

Simply the best experience in my life. I have bought many items from different stores/different countries but I’ve never experienced something like this. The communication pre/post purchasing via email was excellent. The item was perfect and the expedition was lightning fast. Recommended without any doubt.

I ordered a pair of refurbished Grado headphones and a iFi Go Link DAC, both for excellent prices i couldn't match elsewhere. The dispatch and delivery were nice and quick, with good communication throughout. There was an issue in that when the parcel arrived the DAC was missing, but the customer service team dealt with it very efficiently and the DAC arrived the following day.

I was a little hesitant about buying the headphones given they were refurbished, but i need not have worried - they sound perfect and look pretty much untouched.

Outstanding service. I Google searched a Vacuum cleaner that I wanted to buy, PT came up with the best price by nearly £100. Trusting the high number of strong reviews, I placed my order at around midday on Thursday expecting 3-4 days for delivery, it arrived at 8am the following day. Outstanding.

Faulty speakers turned into a painless upgrade

I bought a nearly-new pair of Kanto REN speakers that arrived faulty — a hum from the rear switch and no power. To make it worse, I'd opened a return when what I actually wanted was a replacement.

Liam W in customer service handled the whole thing in one morning. He explained the options honestly, including the warranty repair route and its realistic timescale, then offered a discount on a brand-new pair so the difference was only £50. Payment link sent immediately, confirmed as soon as it landed, and a door-to-door swap arranged where the courier delivers the new set and takes the faulty one away in the same visit — no labels to print, nothing for me to organise.
