COMPLETELY A SCAM!!!! It’s been a year since I was scammed! I ordered a doll for $119.00 and got the ugliest POS doll that looked NOTHING like what I ordered!!!!

I ordered a doll and paid in full plus an extra 15.00 for expedited shipping total being around $150.00 in February. I allowed them 6 months before inquiring about the delay only to be put off just a little longer due to the pandemic. However after 2 more months I've asked for a refund and only been told there was a delay with that as well due to higher refund demands they would process asap! I doubt I'm gonna get my money back at this point!

This is nothing but a SCAM, I ordered a doll March 1, have inquired about delivery several times and was told there were delays due to COVID . I have ask for a refund and have been told banks are closed. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she was very upset.

I ordered a doll from this company 4 months ago. They said it may take 2 months. They blamed COVID for delays. Offered me my money back but my daughter had her heart set on the doll so we persisted. They told me after 2 months that they had started production but then after 3 months that they had NOT started production. Finally after nearly 4 months of promises I requested a full refund. They have continued making excuses. I notice many others reporting this site (and under name petedi gift on facebook) as a scam. My daughter is devastated. She saved hard for this dream doll. So unfair. And now no refund either.
