Excellent service and prompt delivery of our order. Would highly recommend Petceutics.

I have been ordering supplies for my dog, Beau, for a number of years and I'm always pleased with the friendly service and time it takes for delivery. Refering to my recent order:
Bravecto Tick and Flee preventative - this saved Beau's life recently, or at least saved him from traumatic treatment. When the paralysis tick attached it died quickly, a visit to the Vet was necessary as the area where the tick lodged was extremely painful and Beau wouldn't let me remove it. When removed the Vet showed me the dead paralysis tick. This preventative works so I will keep purchasing this product.
Milbemax All Wormer - this works well for Beau. TIP: I do give him the all wormer and the Bravecto about one week apart or he seems to get a bit of an unsettle stomach.

My dog requires injections which have been in short supply. Petceutical pharmacist kept me informed of progress and shipped to me when in stock. They came in a polystyrene container with an icepack. Excellent service! Thank you.

Fast delivery to Hobart this time via Australia Post. It's refreshing - and appreciated- to be able to speak to a person who is with the company and actually knows what they are talking about. I have been a customer of Petceutics for many years during that time, I have ordered many prescriptions for elderly dogs. This company has been 100% accurate and timely with all my orders and has provided excellent customer service. If only more companies could be like them.

I have recently started ordering prescription medication for my pet dog Pepe who was diagnosed with Kidney Disease. After hearing about the company from a friend. I decided to also try it out.
I was amazed at how easy and convenient it is to order the medication Pepe needed online. The cost was much less than I would off paid at the vet and delivery is usually within a few days.
Very happy with the customer service provided the pharmacist will call you if there's an issue. Overall an excellent experience.

I get prompt service and the medication I get for my cat is twice the price from the Vet. I generally receive my order within 24 hours delivered to my door.

The one time that AustPost misplaced our order, a lovely guy from Petceutics went out of his way to help us try and locate it!! He even followed up via phone the next day to make sure everything was resolved.
