Petair helped us move our ragdoll Moka…
Petair helped us move our ragdoll Moka to Germany and everything was so smooth! He had to take a slightly roundabout route and stay in Amsterdam for one night, but during the whole journey we were regularly updated and the caretag allowed us to track his whereabout fairly easily. Would definitely recommend and use their service again~

Very informative as I did not have a clue on how to ship my pet. Petair did everything all I had to do was supply the documents for my pet. Picked up my pet from home and took care of him for 3 days until he was due to fly. My pet cat arrived safely to Trinidad from the UK in a very secure cage. I had daily updates on him at his stay in the cattery and photos. I would recommend Petair 💯 for your pet travels. Very professional and reliable service.

The best customer experience I’ve ever received in my entire life!!!!!!!
I decided to use pet air to help me transport my dog from the UK to Australia. At first I was very hesitant on using a pet transportation company as it was quite a lot of money. However I wanted to do things right and also reduce the stress for me.
I ended up choosing PetAir’s gold package as it looked like the most efficient and stress free option. Emma went ABOVE and beyond the entire process!!! Always reassuring me, keeping me informed of everything and overall just giving me the best customer experience I have ever received in my entire life. What I love about pet air is that they genuinely care about your pets and are willing to do anything to give you the reassurance you’ll need to know everything will be ok. I was very stressed as my dog is a very anxious dog, and Emma always reassured me that she’ll be okay as she’ll be around professional handlers and they do this day in and day out. And she was correct!! I picked up my dog last week and she was as good as gold like nothing had ever happened. If anything the experience has made her less anxious!!!
If you’re thinking of transporting your dog or cat there is no other company I would highly reccomend!!! The best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and worth EVERY penny!!!!!! Thank you for everything PetAir!

We knew we'd made the right choice for our pet transport when I saw the look of relief on our Vet's face when we told him we were using PetAir to help us move our cat from the UK to Abu Dhabi. From our initial conversation to the final delivery of our cat in Abu Dhabi, PetAir felt like a constant companion helping us navigate both the logistics and the emotional side of transporting our beloved little friend. Pet Air UK transported my Labrador, Tilly, from England to Dubai and made the whole process completely stress-free. They handled all the paperwork for us, ensured her vaccines were correct, and guided us through every requirement. Their communication was excellent, and they looked after Tilly overnight before her Emirates flight, which gave us real peace of mind.
On the Dubai side, their partner Snoopy Pets managed the entire airport process and delivered Tilly safely to our home. Everything was smooth and professionally handled. Highly recommend Pet Air UK.

Hi! I’m super glad I chose Pet Air UK to transport my dog from the United Kingdom to Brazil — what a trip! It was such a long journey, and honestly, I was super, super nervous. My dog, Anitta, handled it way better than I did. She arrived happy and totally fine… meanwhile, I was crying before, during, and probably after the flight (just being dramatic, I know).
Nothing went wrong at all — it’s just that the whole process is emotional because, well, pets are family. And I can truly say that Anitta was treated like family every step of the way.
