It seemed like it would be a nice gift, but I was mistaken. A huge disappointment. They sent a poorly made item. It does not show professionalism, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to attach a picture of the product here.

I answer in english. It was on time and exaclty what I wanted. So for me it was ok. But there is always room for improvement.

My item didn't arrive originally, I contacted the company and they offered me a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and I just got it. Very happy with the wine labels but the customer service was what made this 5 stars.

My order just arrived, got it for my son going away! The pic inside it is so grainy you can’t see anyone! Shocking quality definitely wouldn’t recommend

The picture in the small piece of glass is very grainy and bad quality... Even though the resolution of my photo was good. Cheap looking Chinese LED frame. I was expecting better quality for the price of 40€.

Absolutely gutted with what arrived for my father for Father’s Day. It is way to small you can not see the pictures on it. When emailed they contacted me back not even using my correct name ! Not happy

Never again!!! ordered a gift for my husband on 2nd of June. It was supposed to be a gift for a very special Father's day - the first one! Today is 20nd of June, Father's day was yesterday, and I still didn't receive my order! I'll never use this website again!

I bought an engraved zippo lighter. The whole process of designing was pretty intuitive. Delivery was fast and the product was good quality. Overall would recommend (at least for the zippo lighter)

I love it it’s so amazing the cup that I ordered for my friend hat something written on it but still it was visible without hot water but no problem I’ve bought many products from this website and I am in love with it it’s so worth your money and I am amazed by the fact that everybody loves such things like this

We received an item which we were not completely satisfied with. The light stand was sold out in the size we needed. This would have helped the photo on glass to be more visible. Their solution was to give a refund. The emails were also answered very quickly!

This company are a pleasure to deal with! I ordered a candle holder personalised with a picture of my late grandad as a gift for my mom's birthday. There was a delay in the shipment so it did not arrive on the estimated delivery date. I contacted personello as I was worried it had gotten lost but they assured me it would arrive but would be late. They compensated me for the delay and apologied, emailing me back within 24hours every time. The candle holder came this morning and its so beautiful! The quality is outstanding and the picture of my grandad is so clear... Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Amazing service, the crystal picture is phenomenal.

The glass photo is not clearly visible and terrible quality. Ordered a medium glass foto but it is incredibly small. I ordered a lamp too, upon putting the photo glass on the lamp, it is so slippery that could easily get broken... Paid for 51 euro and disappointed, because it is not worth the price.
