Luis of personal touch Kent is amazing !!! I had been mucked about by a differant company for over 6 weeks and was still left without a mortgage I could afford, with only 6 weeks left. I contacted Luis on Friday late afternoon and by wednesday the folling week Im signing a mortgage deed. He was truly amazing, he thought outside the box to solve my perticular problem found me a suitable mortgage and got it all done within 5 days. Through all this he was very quick to respond to my emails and always answered the phone with a happy voice and nothing was to much truble. Infact it felt like he was just sitting there waiting for my questions and right across a weekend. I would have absolutly no hesitaion in recomending Luis to anyone. If you Luis or your boss is reading this you are a star !!!

Brilliant experience had with PTK! Luis has been fantastic and supported us throughout the whole process!
