Fantastic tub stuffed full of lovely retro sweets. Unfortunately it was damaged during transit, I messaged customer service and they were amazing & offered me a replacement straight away and reassured me they would look into what caused this issue & would make sure it doesn’t happen again. Sadly I didn’t have time to wait for another jar so was offered a full refund straight away. Great customer service! Thank you.

Brought Mr & Mrs mugs as wedding present, not given yet, but look really nice with names and date.

I purchased a pair of mugs as a Valentine’s gift, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. I originally uploaded one photo but decided to switch to a different one because the first wouldn't adjust properly. I spent a significant amount of time perfectly formatting the second image to ensure both mugs would match.
​However, when the order arrived, the mugs didn't match. One mug featured the first, unadjusted photo I had rejected, while the other had the correct photo. It is clear there was a User Interface (UI) error on the website; the system 'glitched' and reverted one of the items to a previous draft despite me saving the updated design for both.
​I have messaged PGS back and forth to resolve this, but they refuse to take responsibility, claiming I chose the wrong picture. It’s frustrating that their technical error has ruined a sentimental gift, and their customer service has been unwilling to fix a clear system synchronization issue.

My initial order was lost by the courier and I did have to spend a lot of time trying to track and chase it which was frustrating. But my messages were always answered promptly by Charlotte at PGS and once it was clear what had happened she organised a replacement sent by next day delivery to be on time for a 30th birthday. I am delighted with the actual item which is a very lovely personalised silvered bottle stopper.

Really lovely, sparkly photo frame, my friend was very pleased. Staff responded quickly to my questions.

Very disappointed with this company. This was my first and will definitely be my last order. I paid extra for express delivery, which was advertised as being delivered within two days. It is now day three and the parcel hasn’t even been handed over to Evri yet.

I contacted customer service to explain that the order was for my mum’s birthday today, which is exactly why I paid for express delivery. Despite this, they refused to refund the delivery charge.

Extremely poor service and very disappointing customer support. I would not recommend this company.

We wanted a personalised chefs hat for our friends birthday.
It was listed as fits all size heads.
When we received it there was no way it would fit an adults head.
We think that this is a complete joke, really sorry to say it.
The photos that were used on their website definitely do not match the product when received. There are many more gathers in the depictions. Unless an adult has a tiny head- they will not get this on!
Very misleading and not fair to people when ordering from this company in good faith.
Do not buy from this store the chefs hat looks more like a beanie hat.
The material is lovely, just not enough of it.
I informed customer service and they came back to me quickly. Offering to put things right.
As you can guess this wasn’t going to happen and I wasted my precious time taking a photo of the hat to send to them.
The personalisation wasn’t even done in the centre of the hat.
This will go to a charity shop as it’s completely useless for an adult and a waste of money.
Dreadful company.

I made an order in December for Christmas and express delivery. I was delighted that the boxed items arrived, all except one.
I emailed customer service, knowing that I wouldn’t receive the item in time for Christmas, but I still wanted the item.
Customer service responded and sent out the personalised item; however it never arrived. The 3rd time the item arrived broken. I was going to give up and ask for a refund, but I was committed as I liked the personalised item. Fourth time lucky, the item arrived; I was delighted. Charlotte and Emma were very patient and kind, I was so reassured that nothing was too much trouble. A company that provides super customer service and beautiful gifts.

They were quick to respond to my email, and very helpful in replacing an item.

I purchased a metal plant container in light green and asked for some wording to be added. This was to enable us to place some small plants on our only son’s grave.
It arrived. Sadly, the print was so light it was unreadable. Never mind said my husband. But he DID MIND VERY MUCH when the dodgy left handle fell off. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and me in floods of tears as I threw the container into the bin in the churchyard
