Good quality and came so quickly.
I ordered the personalized pumpkins thinking that they would not arrive before Halloween but I was so surprised when they arrived a week before. My little granddaughters loved their pumpkins with their names on them.

Hi Kelly, we are sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate your review. Checking into your order, it does appear to be for an engraved tumbler. The text should always appear silver, since the item is engraved through the shell - the color will always be the steel underneath the shell over the item. It is possible the engraving was not deep enough during the manufacturing process, which is exceedingly rare. We'd like to investigate this, as well as provide a resolution to your order. Please email us at customercare@personalcreations.com with a photo of your received tumbler and we'll gladly assist further. Thank you!

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate your review. Checking into your recent order, unfortunately, it was determined that this item printed just as it was submitted to our team. The image used has harsh lighting - when printed on a throw, and in the preview image, it does appear quite dark where the light is not hitting the subjects of the photo. Unfortunately, we cannot replace the blanket, as it would arrive the same as your original order due to the quality of the photo submitted to us originally. We're happy to review this, as well as ensure you are provided a resolution to this order; please email us at socialcare@planetart.com and we'll gladly assist further. Thank you!
