I had an awful experience with PerfumePod. I placed an order that was never delivered on time, and despite contacting them multiple times, they failed to send the items. Eventually, they promised a refund, but never actually issued it. I had to involve my bank to finally get my money back — something no customer should ever have to do.
What’s even worse is how misleading this company is. They present themselves as a European business, but they are actually based in Switzerland, which makes communication and refund processes much more complicated and drawn out.
This company shows a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding PerfumePod altogether — there are plenty of trustworthy retailers out there who value their customers.

I have ordered via this website on 4th of December few products and never received neither tracking code or any information after the purchase confirmation email.
Since then I have tried to get in touch with them via email and the other company they own called "Travalo" and finally via their company where they have registered this product "Damari". No answer but I will peruse to get my money back!
