I am owed a refund. Was advised 14 days. They haven't delivered. I challenged and was advised a refund would be made for less than the amount due. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SELLER - NOT SERIOUS!!! This seller did not follow ebay's regulations for shipment under VOEC regulations. Ebay clearly states that seller shall both marked the package and electronically shared to the carrier. This seller did only mark the package. With many messages back and forth, where I showed them proof from the Norwegian Postal company, they only repeat them self with that they had mark the package with the VOEC number. I had to pay VAT twice, both seller and customs

It took a week to deliver the wrong size chain saw chains. I lodged immediately request for refund. A week later and nothing has been resolved
